Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cash the whole of my UK pension?
No- unless you are age 60 or over and the total value of your pension funds is less than 1% of the “Life time limit”. Your pension fund would be considered “Trivial”. This effectively means a value of less than £15,000.00. 25% of the trivial pension fund can be taken as a cash lump sum-the balance will however have UK tax deducted by your pension provider.
